We As Missionaries Are To Change Peoples Lives

Mom and Dad,
My week has been amazing once again. Yesterday was my last new missionary training so I am officially not a greenie anymore. That feels good to get past ha. Ya'll sound pretty busy with camping and what not, that sounds like fun! Keep up the good family fun. I love our family and how close we all are. I can only imagine us getting closer. I had a very spiritual experience this week. The night before new missionary training I had this feeling that I was going to be chosen to speak on the spot so I organized things that I wanted to talk on. I wanted to start it out with "What are we all doing here?" I was going to focus on how we as missionaries are literally sent to change lives and that we need to be soldiers for our Savior Jesus Christ as it talks about in 2 Timothy 2:4. Well NMT came and the on the spot talks we assigned and I was not going to be one of them, I was a little bummed not gonna lie. I kinda forgot about it during lunch and then we came back in for President's final words and guess what his first words were? "What are we all doing here?" I couldn't believe it. The message that I wanted so badly to get across to the missionaries in attendance was given. Of course his words differed from mine but the main message was the same, that we as missionaries are to change peoples lives. It was such an incredible talk and especially for me. He went on to talk about how we should serve knowing Jesus Christ is our companion and that we should never doubt that in the least bit. Dad I don't know if it's a midlife crisis but it sure sounds crazy haha, riding your bike to work?! How far is that exactly? Wearing a helmet right? I am at 172 lbs now. I am shooting for 200 by the time I am home so we'll see what happens. That's so weird about all those people getting married ha. Oh and I am still waiting for a family photo... goodness gracious. I just want a picture of all ya'll haha. is that too much to ask for? haha. Just joking, i understand you are busy and what not. Ummm... oh! Jason S. Is doing really well. We have an appointment with him tomorrow and are just going to go over everything we've covered and invite him out to church again. I hope he comes. Thank you so much for all your love and support. Your prayers help out tons! I love you and pray for you daily.
Love, Elder Jarman
